New support group for women with heart disease. Heart disease is a serious threat to women's health but you can lower your risk if you are smart about your health. WomenHeart is here to help you. Nestled in the rolling hills of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Community Memorial Hospital opened July 1, 1964 as a 61-bed, general acute-care, not-for-profit hospital. Today the hospital is licensed for more than 200 beds and serves a population of more than one-half million people in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Washington and Ozaukee counties. We combine next-generation technology with a personal level of care that reflects our concern for the rights and dignity of the patient.
