

The Community Outreach Health Clinic is a community-based, private, non-profit, autonomous agency governed by Community Outpatient Health Services with a mission to:
Services are provided to uninsured and underinsured person residing in Community Memorial Hospital’s service area, using volunteer professional staff.
The Community Outreach Health Clinic relies on private contributions for the majority of operating expenses and utilizes professional volunteers to deliver healthcare. The Clinic has the support of the medical community and the community at large.
Although services at the Clinic may be obtained without cost, a $10 donation is requested from each patient at each visit.
