The Community Outreach Health Clinic relies on volunteers to fulfill our mission. We need talented people to provide health care to our patients. Some roles at the clinic include physician, nurse, nurse practitioner, screener, drug assistant, and receptionist.
Donations of money can be sent to Community Memorial Foundation for the Community Outreach Health Clinic. Your donation will make a difference in the health of people in our community, allowing those without medical insurance or the ability to pay for medical care access to quality, limited medical care with dignity and confidentiality.
