When you join the Volunteers In Partnership with Community Memorial Hospital (VIPs), you join men and women from all walks of life. Retirees, homemakers, business professionals and others — like you — who want to share their time and talent for the benefit of our hospital, patients, and community.
As a VIP, you will become a valued member of the Community Memorial Hospital family. VIPs receive recognition for their services and are invited to participate in social events and hospital-sponsored educational programs.
We offer many opportunities to volunteer. We make every effort to place you in an area where your abilities and creative talents shine. You also have the opportunity to learn new skills through hands-on experience, or refine skills that you haven't used for a while. Please note that all of our Volunteer opportunities are for daytime hours and all require a weekly, long-term commitment.
Community Memorial will once again have a Volunteen Program during the summer of 2010. The program offers teens the chance to volunteer and make a difference in a healthcare setting. Learn more about the Volunteen Program at Community Memorial Hospital.
