The fair opens on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at 9 a.m. and closes at 4 p.m. Exhibitors should check in with the art and craft co-chairs when they arrive to receive all the necessary information for the show.
Exhibitors may begin setting up on Saturday, September 27 between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Exhibitors may also set up at 6 a.m. on Sunday morning and should be completely set up by 8:30 a.m. Please allow sufficient time for setup and prepare for a large crowd. Bring a flashlight if you are planning on setting up early Sunday morning because many areas of the park are not illuminated by public lighting.
Exhibitors should bring handcarts to make transporting their items from their cars to their booths easier. There will be a number of students available to help exhibitors with loading and unloading on Sunday morning and Sunday evening.
The festival is all outdoors and is held rain or shine. Please bring a rain coat or umbrella in case of inclement weather. Watch the weather and dress accordingly.
There will be food available for purchase in the Food Tent throughout the day. Exhibitors will receive a menu in their packets when they check in.
Community Memorial Hospital is not liable for any damages, lost items, or injury in relation to the exhibitor participation in the Cheery Cherry Fall Fair. Community Memorial Hospital is also not responsible for wind, rain or any act of God.
