As a patient at the Medical Commons, you'll benefit from:

• Coordinated care. When needed, our physicians refer patients to other medical services within the Medical Commons. Hospital care, if required, will be provided at Community Memorial Hospital, providing leading-edge health care in the community for more than 40 years. In some cases, hospital care may be provided at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin, eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center.
• Common scheduling system. With one phone call, you can schedule appointments with any physician or service at the Medical Commons.
• Electronic medical record to enhance continuity of care. This is especially important for patients who receive care from many physicians and services. All patient information is documented in a single record, allowing all caregivers to view every consultation, treatment and test result.
• Digital radiology. Any physician at Community Memorial Medical Commons, Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin and Community Memorial Hospital will be able to view imaging results or the status of an imaging test at any time.
• Same-day access to Medical Commons diagnostics and lab services for on-site patients.
• Convenient access from Hwy. 45 and ample free parking.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Primary Care Clinic
Staffed by Medical College of Wisconsin primary care physicians in internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology and internal medicine/pediatrics. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Cardiac Surgery Clinic
Provides consultations and surgical intervention for cardiac patients. Medical College of Wisconsin physicians R. Eric Lilly, MD, Alfred Nicolosi, MD, and Saqib Masroor, MD see patients every Friday morning. Surgery is performed at Community Memorial Hospital.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Cardiology Clinic
Offers diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular illnesses and diseases. Medical College of Wisconsin cardiologist, David L. Groden, MD, FACC, FAHA, FASE, sees patients every Monday and Wednesday.

Community Memorial Hospital Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, this program provides monitored exercise and diet/lifestyle education to rehabilitate cardiac patients, and pulmonary rehabilitation to help patients with chronic pulmonary disease.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Endocrinology Center
Expertise in the diagnosis, treatment and intensive management of complex endocrine diseases and diabetes by Ty Carroll, MD; James W. Findling, MD; Bradley R. Javorsky, MD; Beth Lalande, MD; Steve Magill, MD; Tiffany Pifel, MD; Brian Rose, MD; and Joseph Shaker, MD.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Neurology Clinic
Focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the nervous system. Medical College of Wisconsin neurologist Linga Reddy, MD, offers appointments every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Medical Commons.

Forward! Orthopedics
A private practice of orthopedic surgeon Timothy Morton, MD, and Gregory Van Winkle, MD, who diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions. Presently, Dr. Morton sees patients at the Medical Commons every Tuesday. View the Forward! Orthopedics Web site.

Offers consultations for general and vascular surgery. Medical College of Wisconsin surgeons Dean Klinger, MD and Marshall Beckman, MD offer consultations every Monday and Wednesday at the Medical Commons. Surgeries are performed at Community Memorial Hospital.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic
Provides evaluation and comprehensive rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and neurologic disorders. Medical College of Wisconsin physicians Nanjappareddy (Muni) Reddy, MD, and Guennady V. Tchekanov, MD, are available every Monday and Thursday.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Clinic
Provides individualized and subspecialized treatment for adults affected by behavioral health issues, psychiatric disorders or substance abuse. Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Psychiatry physicians and therapists see patients Monday through Friday.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Pulmonary Medicine Clinic
Specializes in treating patients with diseases of the lungs and respiratory tract. Medical College of Wisconsin pulmonary medicine physicians Tilottama Majumdar, MD, and Thomas S. Kaleekal, MD, see patients on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Senior Health Program
Services include:

• General medical care and geriatric specialty care by a board-certified internist.
• Mind, Memory and Mood Clinic, offering comprehensive assessment and ongoing care to enhance functioning and improve quality of life.
• Acute Care for the Elderly (ACE), a consultation service of Froedtert Hospital to improve the inpatient care of vulnerable elderly patients.

Offers diagnosis, treatment and management of urological diseases. Five Medical College of Wisconsin urologists are available to see patients throughout the week. Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Walk-in Clinic
Designed for urgent medical needs of children and adults. No appointment is needed. Hours are Monday through Friday, 12:30 to 8:00 pm, and weekends, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
