

As part of its commitment to keep the community healthy, Community Memorial Hospital is offering a series of flu clinics to the public during October and November.
Dates and locations are as follows:
Thurs., Oct. 9, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Menomonee Falls Library
Wed., Oct. 22, 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Gloria dei Lutheran Church, Menomonee Falls
Thurs., Oct. 23, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Germantown Community Library
Wed., Oct. 29, 1 to 7 p.m. – Pauline Haas Public Library
Thurs., Nov., 6, 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. – Community Memorial Hospital
The cost for the immunization is $30. Unless participants have Medicare Part B, they will be expected to pay with cash or check at the time of the immunization and may submit a claim to their insurance company afterward.
