Community Memorial Hospital provides a full array of behavioral health services, including:
- an Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Center that offers treatment for acute symptoms associated with problems such as severe stress, depression, anxiety, and thought disorders. Inpatient services are provided in a specialized unit within a general hospital, enhancing safety and the integration of behavioral and physical aspects of health care.
- an Inpatient Alcohol and Drug Detoxification program that provides safe and compassionate means for withdrawal from drugs of addiction, such as alcohol, narcotics or anti-anxiety drugs.
- an ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy) program that offers safe, effective treatment for individuals suffering from severe depression that does not respond to other medical intervention
- Outpatient Treatment for Alcohol and Drug Addiction that provides assessment as well as individual and group treatment in a comfortable, friendly setting. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) focuses on the early stages of recovery and preparation for relapse prevention.
- Consultation and Liaison Services for healthcare professionals, community agencies and facilities to help assess and manage the behavioral health needs of adults.
