This self-paced course is designed for those parents-to-be who prefer to learn online rather than in the classroom. It is also a perfect class for those who may be on bed rest or are unable to attend regular classes. An assigned code will be emailed after payment is made and allows class access for 12 weeks. It is recommended that you sign up for a free Birthing Center tour in addition to this course, if desired.
During your last weeks of pregnancy, thoughts and concerns center on the upcoming birth of your baby. To help you prepare, two series of traditional weeknight classes are offered monthly for three nights. To obtain your preference for dates, please register for classes early in your pregnancy and plan to finish the series at least four weeks before your due date. To get the full benefit of the class, it is recommended that a coach/support person attend all classes with you. A tour of the Birthing Center is included. For the first class please bring: pillows, blanket and your prenatal folder from your physician.

This class is a condensed version of our three-night series, and is for parents who want to attend the Childbirth and Newborn Care classes, but are having difficulty finding enough days to dedicate to a full series. A coach/support person should attend the class with you. Plan to finish the class four weeks before your due date. A tour of the Birthing Center and lunch are included. This is a 7-hour class that is offered once a month. Please bring pillows, blanket and your prenatal folder.
This is a two-hour class designed for those who want more in-depth instruction and practice with natural comfort measures for labor and birth. This class will include proper body mechanics for late pregnancy, relaxation exercises, breathing, massage, visualization and more. Some practice time will occur in the Birthing Center to allow participants to better prepare for their upcoming birth experience. Class is offered once a month on a weeknight.
This is a series of four classes for the young or single parent and her labor support person(s). The Pregnancy Support Connection facilitates and teaches this class. Topics for discussion include:
This class meets once a week for four weeks in the evening. Classes are held four times during the year.
This class may be the right fit for you or your partner to review or experience childbirth preparation. This class should be completed four weeks before your due date. This one-session class is offered every other month in the evening and is tailored to meet the specific needs of the participants as decided upon at the beginning of class. A Birthing Center tour is offered near the end of class for those who are unfamiliar with the Birthing Center.
