This Heartsaver CPR & AED course is intended for lay rescuers and may be helpful for new parents. This course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for adults, children and infants, and how to use an automatic external defibrillator (AED) on an adult/child. This course also includes information on barrier devices and how to help a choking victim. Although fees are assessed per person, it is highly recommended for all parents-to-be and grandparents as well. This class fills quickly; please sign up in advance of your due date. For your own comfort, you may want to do this class earlier in your pregnancy; it can be a physically challenging class!
