Often patients that are discharged required follow-up care and services. In addition, many patients seek services that do not require hospitalization. The outpatient services at Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital were designed to meet those needs.
The Outpatient Pharmacy at Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital provides outpatient pharmacy services to patients on the same day of discharge. The outpatient pharmacy is not open to the walk-ins from the general public, and can not refill prescriptions after the date a patient is discharged.
Froedtert Health staff may also use the pharmacy during regular business hours.
Hour of Operation:
Monday-Friday 7 to 9 am for prescription pick-up only
Monday-Friday 9 am to 7 pm for full service
