The North Hills Primary Care Clinic is located in the new Community Memorial Medical Commons at W129 N7055 Northfield Drive, Building A, (off Appleton Avenue and south of Good Hope Road). The North Hills Primary Care Clinic offers a broad range of primary care services for the entire family, including internal medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology. Outpatient services available include medical imaging, laboratory and other specialty diagnostic and treatment services. The Clinic is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Patients may choose either Community Memorial Hospital or Froedtert & the Medical College when emergency or in-patient care is needed.
