You can expect at least 3 hours of combined therapy time per day for 5 to 7 days a week until discharge. Our experienced staff follows a client-centered philosophy committed to achieving each client's goal.
Our newly renovated, state-of-the art facility designed to simulate a home environment as much as possible while ensuring comfort and social interaction. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and shower. Our unit also boasts a private family room, spacious dining and activity room, and private treatment room.
Individualized care that begins on day one to ensure a discharge that is as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. Our team takes into consideration and plans for services that will be needed after discharge such as nursing care, outpatient therapies, Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Care Programs, financial assistance, economic needs, housing, and safety concerns.
Each client participates in weekly interdisciplinary staff meetings where family/significant others are encouraged to attend to discuss progress, concerns, discharge plans.
