The Inpatient Rehabilitation Department, located within Community Memorial Hospital, offers rehabilitation for individuals who are in the hospital and require further therapy, or who are at home and need intensive therapy to remain at home. Inpatient Rehabilitation provides multidisciplinary rehabilitation through a team consisting of a physician, psychologist, social worker, nursing staff, occupational/physical and speech therapists.

The Menomonee Falls Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center provides general physical therapy, spine care, orthopedics, sports medicine and athletic training services. The Center is home to the Advanced Spine Treatment Center rehabilitation program, and also offers services related to the Work Hardening and Pain Management programs. This location also offers aquatic therapy in a moving-current therapy pool.
