The first step to help yourself is to see your doctor. Women may see the Nurse Practitioner in the Women’s Health Center. He or she will discuss the best treatment options for you, including therapy. Learn more about the Women's Pelvic Health Center.
Community Memorial Hospital’s Rehabilitation staff members have advanced training in evaluating and treating pelvic pain disorders. The therapists will design an individualized treatment plan to address your specific needs, including instructions on self-management of your condition. All treatment is provided in a private setting.

How to get Treatment
If you notice symptoms of pelvic pain, see your doctor or contact Community Memorial’s Women’s Health Center at 262.257.5000 for a consultation. The doctor or nurse practitioner will need to provide a written prescription for the hospital’s Continence and Pelvic Pain Rehabilitation Program.
You have the right to choose your therapy provider. Community Memorial Hospital is an in-network provider for most major insurance plans, including Medicare.
Some insurance companies may require authorization before you begin the program. Contact your insurance company before your first visit to verify coverage and co-pays if applicable.
