
The Worker Assessment & Rehabilitation Center (WARC) provides quality, cost-effective rehabilitation and consultation services for workers and businesses in Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Washington counties. The client focus is in serving workers whose work capacity has been affected by functional limitations resulting from injury or illness. Comprehensive coordinated work injury management services are provided by an interdisciplinary team to maximize the worker's potential to resume employment or to pursue alternative vocational goals.
The staff for the WARC program consists of licensed physical therapists, registered occupational therapists, vocational rehabilitation counselors and licensed psychologists.

Comprehensive Occupational Rehabilitation Program (Work Hardening Program)
Work Hardening is an interdisciplinary, outcomes focused and individualized program which addresses the medical, psychological, behavioral, physical, functional and vocational components of employability and return to work. The treatment team includes physical and occupational therapists, psychologist, vocational rehabilitation counselor / case manager and physical therapy assistant. In cases where only specific rehabilitation needs exist for the injured / limited worker, we provide this while focusing on the “big picture” of ensuring all of the worker’s needs are being met in order to return them safely to work.
