
Community Memorial's Germantown Sports Medicine Clinic focuses on a progressive functional approach to orthopedic rehabilitation. We have experience in working with athletes ranging from the weekend warrior to the professional, using state of the art equipment and techniques to facilitate a rapid return to your sport.
The Germantown Sports Medicine Clinic has state of the art equipment and facilities that are used to analyze athletic motion and rehabilitation progress. Our sports simulation room allows our physicians and therapy staff to observe the athlete throwing, kicking, jumping, running and swinging.
Community Memorial Hospital's Germantown Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Center has relocated to the Columbia St. Mary's Community Physicians Clinic, N112 W15415 Mequon Road, Germantown. The new clinic features a sports simulation room which allows for real-world movement in a variety of sports. A gym, treatment areas and state-of-the-art exercise equipment are also located within the clinic.

Our staff maintains a singular focus - to prepare you, the athlete, for a return to your sport. We take the time to understand your goals. We then use our unique approach that focuses on your strength’s to facilitate the rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Our staff uses an aggressive, yet supportive approach to encourage an athlete’s progress throughout his or her rehabilitation. Our treatment team is dedicated to providing seamless, quality rehabilitation for a rapid return to your active lifestyle.
Each staff member has at least 12 years of experience helping athletes in rehabilitating injuries. More importantly, each staff member has personal experience in athletics at every level. We understand you, not just your injury.

Our staff members frequently present to the Germantown community on golf, running and strength training. Presentations are done throughout the year to prevent injuries and prepare athletes and community members for upcoming sporting seasons.
Throughout the summer we offer area high school athletes a preseason physical that includes:
These screenings are designed to predict possible areas of muscle imbalance and joint instability to help the athlete prevent injury. The physicals qualify for the WIAA physical requirement and are available on selected dates for a fee of $20.
If you or an athlete you know needs to see a physician for a diagnosis of an injury, our staff is able to assist you in gaining access to see one of our orthopedic specialists within 48 hours. Upon receiving orders for therapy and insurance authorization, we will schedule an appointment within 48 hours for appropriate physical therapy. This speeds the recovery process and allows the athlete to get timely care for a rapid return to the field or court.
