Birthing Center Tours

Tours of the Birthing Center are available by calling Careconnection for an appointment.

Breastfeeding Basics

Designed to provide information on breastfeeding, newborn behavior and making your breastfeeding experience a positive one. Father/support person is encouraged to attend.

Childbirth Education for the Teen or Single Parent

A four-week series helps the teen or single parent and their labor support person(s) prepare for labor and delivery, care of self and baby and going back to work or school. There is a $15 book fee donation. For more information, call Pregnancy Support Connect at 262-524-4120.

Childbirth and Newborn Care Series

A class which covers all aspects of labor, birth and care of the newborn the first six weeks. Plan to finish classes four weeks before your due date.

Infant Massage

A gentle, soothing technique, infant massage strengthens the bond between parent and baby as it helps develop better sleep patterns, improve digestion and calm a fussy baby. Our skilled massage therapist will show you how to give infant massage in a private 30-minute session. Call 414-777-1900 or 866-257-1600 to schedule an appointment.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Expectant mothers can enjoy a relaxing massage. To schedule an appointment, call 414-777-1900 or 866-257-1600.

Big Brother / Big Sister

Designed for children, ages 2-7. This class will help prepare them for the arrival of a new baby. A tour of the Birthing Center is included.

We're Having Another Baby

Plan to attend this one-session labor/delivery review four weeks prior to your due date.

Babysitting Class

This comprehensive babysitting skills class is for students age 11 or over. The program will include: child growth & development, creative play, home safety, injury prevention, police and fire safety, sitter responsibilities, infant care, first aid, Heimlich Maneuver, Super-Sitter's video, post test, program evaluations, and certificates. Be sure to bring a baby-sized doll to class. Lunch is provided.
