A mother's age and other factors may require extra-special attention to ensure a trouble-free pregnancy and healthy baby. At Community Memorial, we provide next-generation technology and international expertise – close to home, and delivered in collaboration with your physician.
Perinatologists are physicians with advanced training in obstetrics. They specialize in the care of the mother and baby during pregnancy, labor and delivery, when the mother or baby are at risk for complications. Perinatal services for women include advanced testing and diagnoses, counseling and prenatal care. Neonatologists have advanced training in treating newborns with complications or health risks and provide care to babies in the Newborn Special Care Unit.
Our perinatologists and neonatologists at Community Memorial are also on the medical staff at Froedtert Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Through this partnership, patients have immediate access to the state’s top specialists, advanced testing and counseling, and the highest level of prenatal and newborn care at Community Memorial. This specialized care is in collaboration with your own physician.
Practice Philosophy“My focus is helping women experiencing high-risk pregnancies. I enjoy working with patients along their journey from preconception through delivery by providing education, support and counseling. I believe our comprehensive, compassionate care complements the care our patients receive from their OB/GYN.”
Clinical InterestsPatients with risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, multiple births, advanced maternal age, blood disorders, family history of birth defects, abnormal pregnancy testing, previous pregnancy complications, and those experiencing infertility.
