Cancer Genetics Clinic

Genetic counseling can help you understand how family history influences your risk of cancer. This assessment can help you and your healthcare providers develop strategies to lower your chances of developing cancer or to detect it early when it is most treatable. The Clinic is staffed by a team of board-certified specialists including a genetic counselor, breast health specialist and nurse practitioners. Learn more about cancer genetics.

Osteoporosis Clinic

Once thought to be the inevitable result of aging, osteoporosis is now recognized as a treatable, often preventable, disease. Our Osteoporosis Clinic helps prevent and treat osteoporosis through education, clinical care, nutrition, physical therapy and medications. Specialists use state-of-the-art Bone Mineral Density (BMD) testing technology to diagnose osteoporosis in its early stages.

Pain Management

Women are 2-3 times more likely to have migraine headaches, and six times more likely to have fibromyalgia than men. That's why we take pain seriously. From pelvic pain to fibromyalgia, we have designed a full spectrum of therapies to help women manage their pain. We offer the latest options in surgical, therapeutic, rehabilitation and lifestyle treatments — even massage.

Lymphedema Program

Lymphedema is the swelling of an extremity, caused by accumulating fluids from obstructed lymph vessels. Our physical and occupational therapists will perform a detailed evaluation and design an individual program to alleviate your symptoms through treatment, education, exercise and massage.

Continence Rehabilitation

Most of the 10 million Americans suffering from incontinence are women. While many people associate incontinence with aging, it is not a problem that afflicts only the elderly. Specialists in the Continence Rehabilitation Program at the Women's Health Center are experts in diagnosing and treating incontinence. There are many options. Communication along with a thorough diagnostic process enable us to develop the best plan for your treatment.
