More than 300 guests entered the Flapper Era on Saturday, April 17, at the 20th annual Spring Splendor, The Roaring Twenties. The Milwaukee Theatre was transformed into a Great Gatsby-like venue for the evening’s festivities, which included silent and live auctions, terrific raffle prizes, and dancing to the jazz tunes of The Jackson Dordel Band.
In his remarks, CMH President Dennis Pollard honored the outgoing Pamela Parker, whose 45 year role with the hospital included Executive Vice President / Chief Operating Officer of Community Memorial Hospital. WISN-TV personality Portia Young was the guest emcee of the evening.
More than $95,000 was raised to benefit the Emergency Department at Community Memorial Hospital. Congratulations to event co-chairs Dr. Mike & Cindy Unger and Tim & Terri Newman for an unforgettable evening of fun and celebration on behalf of this important community resource.
